The increasing specialisation of the security fair at Essen and the resulting visitor it therefore attracts has made the exhibition ideal for the BURG-WÄCHTER subsidiaries SANTEC BW AG and SECU. Both companies will be exhibiting at the joint booth in Essen from 25th to 28th September.
SANTEC and SECU show state-of-the-art technology
A few weeks ago SANTEC became the first distributor of IP video cameras for the market leader Uniview in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The manufacturer has set standards with the compression standard Ultra 265. This new compression standard saves up to 95 percent in bandwidth and storage space. Another highlight is the “Starlight” technology. The cameras deliver clear and sharp images, even at under 0.0005 Lux.
SECU will present high-end locking systems at Security Essen, including the latest in high-security locking technology. These locks were developed for application in the commercial sector which includes companies, banks and public authorities.
BURG-WÄCHTER focuses on customer-oriented trade fairs in Germany and abroad
BURG-WÄCHTER itself will not be exhibiting at Security Essen this year. Despite originally planning to attend, the renowned company from Wetter-Volmarstein has decided to take this step.
“We originally thought of Security Essen as an international platform for security professionals from across Europe. However, the fair has become increasingly specialised both in terms of the audience and the variety of product areas “, explains Gerrit Lüling, Marketing Manager of BURG-WÄCHTER.
BURG-WÄCHTER continues to see this trend. As a result, this year will see the omission of an entire exhibition hall at Security 2018 in comparison to the fair two years ago. In the future, BURG-WÄCHTER will concentrate even more on customer-oriented trade fairs in Germany and internationally, as well as targeted training and seminars.
